How do I get started?
Request access for review, or enter a signup code to receive account setup instructions by email. After signing in, set up your private workspace and choose which supported accounts and services to connect.
Which languages does Compass support?
The Compass app supports Hebrew, English, German, French, Russian, Arabic, Amharic, Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Italian, Spanish, Polish, and Yiddish. Hebrew, Arabic, and Yiddish use right-to-left layouts. This website is available in Hebrew, English, German, Italian, Yiddish, Russian, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
How does Compass save me time?
Supported connections bring recorded activity into one place, reducing spreadsheet updates and repeated data entry. Spending categories, recurring payments, and reports help you review the picture instead of assembling it yourself.
Will a purchase appear immediately?
Activity appears after the provider makes it available and Compass syncs it. Some pending transactions arrive later. The connection status and last-sync time help you see how current the information is.
How is my information protected?
Compass uses encrypted HTTPS connections, authenticated sign-in, and permissions that limit access to each workspace. Financial records are available only to authorized users; bank connections read information and do not move money.
Can Compass fetch data without saving my login details?
Yes. Compass can connect to supported third-party services and fetch data without saving your login details. Choose the no-storage option when connecting; you may need to authenticate again for the next sync, depending on the provider.
Do you sell my data or share it for advertising?
No. Your financial data is not sold or shared for advertising. Service providers such as hosting and email delivery process information needed to run Compass. Any future connection to an external AI agent would be optional and require your authorization.
Can I use AI with Compass?
Coming soon: Compass AI and connections to external agents through MCP. The goal is to help you understand spending trends, explore business costs, and summarize reports. You would choose which information to authorize for these optional tools.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Privacy settings let you permanently delete your Compass account, all workspaces you own, and their connections and data. Deletion requires identity verification and confirmation and cannot be undone. Existing backup copies expire according to the backup retention policy.
